Will there be 2D side-scroller sections like in Link’s Awakening?

As of now, there are no plans to incorporate 2D side-scroller sections akin to those in Link's Awakening. Introducing this feature would necessitate substantial development resources, including the creation of a plethora of new sprites and complex code structures.
